About the Opportunity:

Interested in being part of a growing team tasked with building cutting edge content & training customers in a growing company & industry? The ideal candidate for this role will work as a member of the Technical Product Training Team to design and develop technical product training programs that can be delivered to customer, partners and employees. Key duties will involve development of engaging video & training tutorials, e-Learning courses, instructor-led courses (1-on-1 or webinar), and other instructional content for ServiceTitan's training & certification program. E-Learning/Video Producer serve as Product Experts and provide valuable input by helping Training Specialists to customize and deliver industry-relevant training & certification programs.

Responsibilities:

• Product Expert – Become an expert in our software & the home services industry so that training courses are highly "industry-relevant"
• Develop Video & E-Learning Training Content – Create and maintain visually outstanding video tutorials & e-Learning modules to instruct and certify our users on key workflows
• Design & Build Instructor-Led Training Programs – Design, create and maintain engaging 1-on-1 and webinar training content, facilitator guides, and supporting handouts
• Customize Training Courses – Work with Training Specialists to customize training courses when needed
• Other – Assist with special projects as assigned at the discretion of the Manager, Technical Product Training

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in developing visually outstanding video & e-Learning software simulation courses, with a strong background working in a software customer training environment
• Experience in designing, building & running instructor-led training courses & webinars
• High proficiency in video, screen & audio capture, editing & graphics in an instructional or training setting
• Track record of achievement in a training development role, preferably in a software or other startup company
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills to handle juggling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Litmos LMS and training development tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Powerpoint, and Camtasia
• Eagerness to grow by learning new visual styles, instructional methodologies, and technologies
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Instructional Design, Instructional Development, Instructional Technology, Adult Education or Digital Media, and/or equivalent combination of experience and education that enables performance for this position
• Willingness to deliver live training and travel up to 15% in peak periods

Desired:

• Experience with video editing software (e.g. Final Cut Pro) & graphics software (e.g. Photoshop)
• Experience in instructional design, measurement and evaluation of training initiatives
• Experience incorporating change management principles into training programs to promote adoption & minimize resistance
• Strong project management experience a plus
• Ability to write business correspondence and technical documentation
