E-Learning Developer, Motion Graphics

Interested in being part of a growing team tasked with building cutting edge content & training customers in a growing company & industry? The ideal candidate for this role will work as a member of the Technical Product Training Team to design and develop technical product training content that can be delivered to customer, partners and employees. Key duties will involve development of engaging graphic-based training tutorials, videos & e-Learning courses, and other instructional content for ServiceTitan's training & certification program. E-Learning Graphics Designers serve as Product Experts and provide valuable input by helping Training Specialists to customize and deliver industry-relevant training & certification programs.

Responsibilities:

• Product Expert – Become an expert in our software & the home services industry so that training courses are highly "industry-relevant"
• Create Exceptional Motion & Vector Graphics – Create high quality & engaging visual instructional elements including infographics, illustrations, photos & animations.
• Develop Video & E-Learning Training Content – Create and maintain visually outstanding video tutorials & e-Learning modules to instruct and certify our users on key workflows
• Customize Training Courses – Work with Training Specialists to customize instructor-led training courses when needed
• Other – Assist with special projects as assigned at the discretion of team leadership.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in interaction design or related field: Particularly in developing visually outstanding graphics-based and animated e-Learning courses or materials
• Strong background working in a customer-facing training development environment, preferably in a startup company or another fast-paced environment
• Track record of achievement in developing & gamifying software training
• Expertise with training development tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate.
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills to handle juggling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to grow by learning new visual styles, instructional methodologies, and technologies
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Instructional Design, Instructional Development, Instructional Technology, or Digital Media, and/or equivalent combination of experience and education that enables performance for this position

Desired:

• Experience with Litmos LMS and building video & simulator-based e-Learning courses
• Experience developing, maintaining and delivering live instructor-led training
• Experience with jQuery & HTML coding for E-Learning projects.
• Experience in instructional design, measurement and evaluation of training initiatives
• Experience incorporating change management principles into training programs to promote adoption & minimize resistance
• Strong project management experience a plus
• Ability to write business correspondence and technical documentation
• Willingness to travel to deliver live training up to 10% in peak periods
