Director of Merchandising and Sales
The Director of Merchandising and Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth in both brick & mortar and ecommerce platforms at a growing fashion ecommerce startup. Will develop, oversee, and/or manage relationships with retail outlets, wholesale accounts, and other sales opportunities. This individual will be the primary contact for stores and buyers, handle all aspects of account relations and compliance, drive sales growth and results, and support brand objectives based on a clear understanding of the target consumer.
Must have experience in the fashion industry, as well as strong buyer relationships. Some production knowledge and retail math familiarity are preferred. Must be a self-starting, creative, tech savvy individual. This role requires a willingness to roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get ideas successfully launched in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation: Salary + Options, DOE. Start-up or brand building experience a plus.
Office located in West Hollywood.
