Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do:
- Address customer inquiries daily via email, live chat, and social media on a variety of topics
- Answer a high volume of inbound emails, occasional live chats, and phone calls in order resolve customer questions and/or grievances in a timely and professional manner
- Enter all relevant information regarding customer inquiries into proprietary logging and tracking system
- Coordinate and follow up with other departments and fulfillment center to ensure problem resolution
- Work with other Customer Service team members to promote customer satisfaction
- Employ a creative aptitude and vision to recognize, understand, and respond to the needs of e-commerce customers
- Assist in monitoring and engaging with customer inquires and comments on the FabFitFun social media platforms
What You'll Bring:
- Recently earned your Bachelor's Degree, or have 1+ years experience working in customer service
- Excellent people skills and a strong focus on customer service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- The ability to identify the needs of our customers and address concerns
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic startup environment
- A great team player attitude
- A high level of professionalism and a sense of urgency
- Experience working with ZenDesk and/or Desk.com a plus!
