• Address customer inquiries daily via email, live chat, and social media on a variety of topics
• Answer a high volume of inbound emails, occasional live chats, and phone calls in order resolve customer questions and/or grievances in a timely and professional manner
• Enter all relevant information regarding customer inquiries into proprietary logging and tracking system
• Coordinate and follow up with other departments and fulfillment center to ensure problem resolution
• Work with other Customer Service team members to promote customer satisfaction
• Employ a creative aptitude and vision to recognize, understand, and respond to the needs of e-commerce customers
• Assist in monitoring and engaging with customer inquires and comments on the FabFitFun social media platforms 

What You'll Bring:

• Recently earned your Bachelor's Degree, or have 1+ years experience working in customer service
• Excellent people skills and a strong focus on customer service
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• The ability to identify the needs of our customers and address concerns
• Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic startup environment
• A great team player attitude
• A high level of professionalism and a sense of urgency
• Experience working with ZenDesk and/or Desk.com a plus!
