Applicant Tracking System Coordinator

We’re looking for an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Coordinator to join Snap Inc! Working closely with the HR technology team, you will own the creation, tracking, and administration of all requisitions in our ATS, while also proactively ensuring our data is complete, accurate, up-to-date, and compliant. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll collaborate with the People Team to ensure everyone’s needs are met with the ATS.
What you’ll do:
- Open, administer, and close requisitions in the ATS to ensure they reflect our current needs
- Manage and review job postings
- Regularly audit the alignment of open requisitions between the ATS and HRIS
- Partner with key stakeholders throughout the recruiting life cycle
- Respond to inquiries on requisitions, technology, and hiring process in a timely manner
- Scrub and update fields in the ATS as needed to maintain data integrity
- Update ATS user permissions for our employees
- Maintain a relationship with the ATS vendor support team
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 1+ years of experience in HR and/or recruiting
- Someone with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
- A team player who enjoys working with data and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Someone with excellent customer service skills
- Active Snapchat user who is excited and knowledgeable about our product!
