The Accounts Payable representative at Hyperloop One is directly responsible for maintaining the Accounts Payable records of the company and will report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, reviews and enters accounts payable invoices. 
• Routes invoices to the proper departments and approvers for proper coding and approval.
• Reviews information for accuracy and completeness.
• Assists in monthly close by ensuring all invoices are entered by the cut off.
• Responds to all vendor and employee inquiries regarding invoices, check requests, and payment status.
• Assist in providing follow-up information and documentation.
• Assist with audits, as needed.
• Updates & Maintains vendor information and collects W-9 forms.
• Provides accurate and timely statement research and discrepancy resolution.
• Helps to prepare annual 1099 filings.
• Able to work independently and to interact positively with diverse individuals at all levels of the company.

Requirements

• B.S. in Accounting preferred
• Manufacturing experience a MUST
• 3 years experience and good understanding of GAAP
• Systems Knowledge: NetSuite and Concur
• Advanced Excel User
