• Complete our ChowNow onboarding (Ramp Camp)
• Learn the ins and outs about ChowNow and our product
• Shadow each department for an in depth look into how each team plays their part
• Complete training with our IT Team, our Accounting Team, and People + Culture team to learn how to access and use all internal tools, including Google Apps, Slack, Dropbox, ChowNow Admin, ADP, Zenefits, Expensify
• Organize our receipt of vendor invoices to help process weekly payment runs to our vendors
• Assist in processing coding expense reimbursements to employee and in your first coding of company credit card transactions
• Start to take on bookkeeping responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of effective workflow processes for AP, expense reports, and credit cards
• Manage the AP aging ensuring bills are recorded and paid on time
• Create an effective documentation retention process and organize files electronically
• Assist in the month-end closing and accrual process
• Take more responsibility for billing processes in order to increase the team's bandwidth

• Document and implement year-end AP processes, including 1099 and tax related matters
• Manage ChowNow’’s relationships with its vendors
• Build out current financial systems to allow automation of expense reimbursement and credit card transaction coding
• Own coding of vendor bills and expenses, including creating accrual reports for month-end close
• Enhance ChowNow’s T&E policies and procedures
• Working with the Controller and VP of Finance to generate analyses of the company based on expense data that you’ll provide
