 We are currently seeking talented, ambitious, and sales-driven candidates to join the team and assist generating new mortgage lending opportunities from Real Estate Investors, 3rd party loan originators, builders and other real estate professionals. Your impact on improving production to drive revenue will be highly visible and critical to successfully scaling AssetAvenue as the leading online Real Estate lending platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Create out-bound leads generated from company marketing efforts, business development efforts, referral sources and past clients.
  • Make Out-bound calls to mortgage brokers and referral partners to sell mortgage loan products.
  • Facilitate submissions from borrowers, mortgage brokers, real estate agents and other referral partners and being responsive to calls and emails regarding loans in process from inside staff to customers.
  • Obtain loan request information from borrowers to analyze credit information, financial statements, real estate and other related documentation.
  • Review initial loan application package for completeness and adherence with AssetAvenue’s Credit Guidelines.
  • Assist with preparing loan submissions relative to financial strengths and weaknesses of borrowers, risk assessments, strength of guarantors, collateral and loan structures with opinions as to credit worthiness. Input loan information into Loan Operating System.
  • Work with borrowers to issue Letter of Interest and along with Processors are the primary contact for questions or comments on loan files.
  • Coordinate pre-submission requirements to credit including borrower interview, real estate review, verifies individual loan applications are completed and disclosures are 100% correct and communicates any guideline exceptions.
  • Assist credit in compiling documentation, providing initial review, and having questions answered by the borrower during the course of the transaction.
  • Provide updates to the referral source and borrower on the status of their loan requests.

Required:

  • You have an undergraduate degree
  • 1+ years of sales or account management/executive experience in the real estate or online lending space.
  • You have excellent analytical proficiency
  • You possess tremendous urgency and are able to prioritize while handling multiple loan requests independently and in a team environment
  • You are able to manage projects and goals with conflicting priorities, with an acute attention to detail
  • You are a true customer service professional with a keen ability of building up a solid network of clients and contacts.
  • Real Estate experience is a plus.
