Matador Solutions is a leading provider of marketing services to law firms. We are seeking a hungry Account Executive to come help take our mission to even more firms!

Our process is consultative, and our goal is to be the marketing partner for the entire career of our clients. We accomplish this by being completely different than any other competitor - with absolute transparency, no BS, and no long-term contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outbound sales activities to identify and engage with potential clients, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
  • Understand clients' business needs, marketing goals, and pain points to tailor compelling digital marketing solutions
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls and sales presentations to articulate the value proposition of our agency's services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and pitch materials that align with client objectives
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure new client partnerships
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to effectively position our agency's offerings
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
  • Represent the agency at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or technology-related industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and technologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and consultative sales approach
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, establish trust, and foster long-term client relationships
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and achieve sales objectives
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools

OTE: $110,000 - $125,000

Generous company-wide bonus program!
