THE OPPORTUNITY: SEO MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager to join our Marketing team! As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for the design and execution of our SEO strategy alongside the Digital Marketing Director. This includes planning, implementing, managing, and tracking our SEO strategies . This role will report to the Digital Marketing Director and will work closely with colleagues in the marketing department and across the organization to drive incremental traffic, sales and achieve customer acquisition goals. The ideal candidate is an analytical individual, skilled in communication and collaboration.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Director to design the strategy, vision, and roadmap to generate high quality traffic and conversions via SEO
- Oversee the performance of SEO, including the management and measurement of key metrics, reporting, and critical metrics and goals
- Develop annual plans and provide input on revenue projections based on overall business goals
- Conduct recurring website audits to develop and implement successful SEO strategies
- Analyze SEO performance and technical issues to provide regular recommendations and feedback on program performance and areas of opportunity
- Conduct keyword research to guide the marketing teams on website content, blogs, landing pages, and search copy
- Direct and execute link building strategy to promote content with influential third-party sites
- Stay up to date on industry trends, SEO methodologies, and algorithm changes to inform the ongoing program strategy and identify new growth opportunities
- Leverage web analytic tools to identify marketing and product opportunities
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required
- 3-4 years in SEO management, with deep channel knowledge and success in strategy and execution
- Expert in all aspects of SEO from general SEO practices to content strategies and technical audits
- Understanding of technical SEO (meta, schema, robots.txt, sitemaps, etc.) and of how various content formats and styles can influence SEO performance
- Superior writing and editing skills
- Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
- Strong project manager and efficient delegator
- Excellent SEO analytical and reporting skills with the ability to perform data deep dives to surface actionable insights
- Hands-on experience with SEO and web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Mode, Looker, Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Dragon Metrics, Screamingfrog and Deepcrawl
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc
- Foundational knowledge of omni channel and customer centric marketing strategies
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and/or escalate issues effectively
- Comfortable driving results and working in cross-functional teams in a hyper-growth environment
- Must be a hands-on team member and operate with a start-up mentality to move the business forward
- Hard working and eager to willing to roll sleeves up - no job is too big or too small
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, fluid environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and take initiative to lead projects

- Interest and knowledge in the fashion and bridal industry
- Proficiency in data analytics platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
- Foundational understanding of attribution
