What are some social events your company does?

We have a bicoastal team, so we do monthly team building events, like a sushi-making virtual class and in-person happy hours and paint nights with local teams. We're also excited to begin incorporating philanthropy to bring everyone together for a cause! We'll be sponsoring and walking to support women's health and empowerment in the coming months.

Hannah

Senior HR Manager

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

My role is primarily focused on product activations on our site, an important project since we're a DTC brand! I coordinate with Content, Design, Merchandising, Ops, and Development to provide site support, upload assets and help ensure that the site is reflecting the products accurately. It's always exciting to see it all come together in the end!

Jenna

What makes someone successful on your team?

Our product is engaging customers at an often stressful moment in their life. Our goal is provide them with an easy solution & an elevated experience. Approaching problems with an empathetic mindset is key for us. We find that a people-first focus allows our team to come up with creative technical solutions for both our customers and internal team.

Monica

Co-founder & COO

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

We're a pretty lean team, so everyone at the company has a direct line of access to myself and Monica, our COO. Our calendars are open and we're always accessible on Slack. We have weekly TBs with all of our teams, and we've recently introduced skip-levels so that junior team members have access to senior leadership.

Grace

Co-founder & CEO

What's the biggest problem your team is solving?

We have a very unique business model, which can pose some operational challenges. Our team is currently working on solutions to drive efficiencies across various teams, while also streamlining and automating the process as much as possible. It's a fun challenge for our team that allows us to think outside the box!
