Own and prioritize the product roadmap and sprint execution for REVOLVE and FWRD mobile apps (iPhone, iPad, Android). Partner with app and backend engineers to scope and ship features, optimize app conversion and UX, run testing programs, and drive revenue and engagement for high-value app shoppers.

Lead and define the creative vision for multiple owned fashion brands, manage end-to-end product development from concept to production, mentor and build the design team, align design strategy with merchandising and buying, oversee trend research, ensure quality and deadlines, and present lines to executives and buyers.

Design and develop apparel from concept through production for owned brands. Create moodboards, technical flats, tech packs, CADs, BOMs, source materials, attend fittings, collaborate with tech designers and product development, train assistants, and meet monthly delivery goals while designing within cost and brand identity.

Write compelling email copy and build micro-editorial stories for email newsletters; select and style products to support narratives; stay on-trend to generate timely story ideas; manage multiple stories and deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce environment; collaborate across teams and support ad-hoc copy projects.
