Lead all sales and marketing initiatives for a full-service hotel to drive revenue and market share. Develop business plans, pricing and distribution strategies, manage group and transient sales, oversee digital and PR campaigns, collaborate with revenue management, and recruit/coach a high-performing sales and catering team.

Support property-wide financial strategy and execution, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L accuracy, variance analysis, cash flow and working capital management. Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, oversee audits and compliance, produce financial reports and forecasts, and provide analytical support to owners and property leadership.
