Lead and grow a North America team delivering enterprise-scale healthcare data migration and integration for Enterprise Imaging. Establish delivery methodologies, govern quality, manage partners, and drive technical excellence and customer outcomes across complex implementations.

Lead and develop a team of Technical Consultants to deliver complex Enterprise Imaging/PACS implementations across North America. Provide technical leadership for cloud and on-prem deployments, resolve escalations, partner with cross-functional teams, drive governance/resource planning/KPIs, improve delivery processes, and build executive-level relationships with hospital IT and clinical leaders. Field-based role with travel to customer sites as needed.

Lead a geographically dispersed team of ~6–7 imaging informatics sales specialists across the South Zone. Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to grow pipeline and meet AOP targets. Drive enterprise imaging, PACS, cloud, AI, and AWS-based solutions sales, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, provide forecasting and business planning, and build executive customer relationships to close complex opportunities. Field role requiring residence within or near the South Zone.

Responsible for developing sales plans, forecasting sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction post-sale with the General Imaging Ultrasound products.

Drive order intake and revenue growth through strategic engagement with government reseller partners. Build pipeline, qualify and close opportunities, execute joint account plans, manage full sales cycle, ensure contract/compliance execution, and coordinate with Government ECEs and Business Units to expand market share across federal, state, and local government markets.
