Develop and maintain broker, agent, and insurance professional relationships across Northern California. Sell dental, vision, and hearing employee benefit products while meeting territory sales goals. Identify new opportunities, manage existing business, support product initiatives, and collaborate internally through product issuance. Requires strong relationship-building, presentation, organization, and time-management skills, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a State Health/Life License within six months if not already held.
