Leads regional business development and growth across California’s TK-12 and higher education markets. Responsibilities include market analysis, account expansion, client relationship management, proposal and pursuit leadership, strategic partnerships, networking, thought leadership, and collaboration with architecture, engineering, marketing, and executive teams. The role also supports regional hiring, succession planning, mentorship, and practice growth while representing the firm with education-sector stakeholders.

Manage project financials by ensuring contract compliance, accurate billing, AR/AP processing, ERP project setup, month‑end close support, WIP preparation, internal controls, and financial analysis to support Project Managers and Operations.
