Manages animal care, customer care, and shelter operations at the San Gabriel Valley campus. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching staff, enforcing humane care and safety protocols, coordinating veterinary and animal control workflows, managing records and shelter software, monitoring budgets and inventory, analyzing operational reports, resolving customer concerns, supporting facilities and emergency response, and improving procedures, capacity planning, and community services.
