Lead hotel sales and marketing by developing and executing local sales strategies, building client relationships, managing accounts and sales staff, and collaborating with revenue management and marketing to meet occupancy, ADR, and market share goals. Produce forecasts and reports, represent the hotel at events and media, ensure compliance with laws, perform manager-on-duty duties, and handle travel and physical responsibilities as required.
