The Account Specialist maximizes product portfolio opportunities through strategic relationships with healthcare providers, enhances patient access to products, and develops business plans. Responsibilities also include market intelligence and compliance with healthcare industry requirements.

Support and optimize SAP BPC planning and management reporting processes, ensure actuals reconcile to reported results, provide ad-hoc reporting and user support, automate processes, maintain BPC environments, develop load rules/business rules/calculation scripts, manage data/hierarchies/security, and support patches, upgrades and migrations while documenting processes and training users.

Lead SAP SAC planning implementation and ongoing support for commercial finance. Partner with commercial finance teams and consultants to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy planning solutions. Troubleshoot load rules, business rules, and calculation scripts; drive process improvements, automation, documentation, and integration with SAP actuals. Serve as SAC subject-matter-expert, coordinate patches/upgrades with BTS, and communicate progress to leadership and steering committee.
