Coordinate communications and marketing operations including content gathering, proofreading, database and calendar management, event planning, program outreach/enrollment (Green Leader), contract tracking, process documentation, and data analysis. Support campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, and reporting to ensure timely, accurate communications and program performance.

Support the Clerk team with administrative, records management, technology initiatives, and process improvement projects. Assist with Board operations, SharePoint modernization, document organization, project coordination, and special assignments while gaining exposure to public agency governance and operational procedures.

Lead integrated marketing strategy and campaign development to drive brand awareness and customer enrollment. Manage vendors, execute paid and community outreach campaigns, ensure brand consistency, analyze performance with data visualization, collaborate cross-functionally, proofread and maintain content accuracy, oversee budgets and project timelines, and optimize marketing operations.
