As Director of Talent Acquisition, you will lead full-cycle recruiting across all functions, optimizing processes and enhancing the candidate experience while partnering with HR for initiatives like onboarding and employer branding.

Lead integrated project planning and execution across clinical, regulatory, CMC, nonclinical, quality, and commercial functions; manage risks, interdependencies, and timelines; mentor junior project managers; provide executive-level project reporting to enable timely delivery of clinical programs.
