Provide general clerical and office support: scheduling, document preparation, communication handling, record-keeping, meeting/event coordination, office supplies and vendor liaison, travel booking, and compliance with safety and security procedures including airport-specific training and background checks.

Supervise and lead the cargo office team to coordinate shipping, complete compliance and international documentation, accept and release freight (including dangerous goods), collect charges, provide customer service, train and assign staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while performing physical cargo handling and flexible shifts.
