Own a high-volume non-compliance ticket workstream for an assigned vendor portfolio: communicate with vendors to resolve UPC/labeling and routing issues, update trackers, pursue credit memos, close loops with Operations and Merchandising, support onboarding, and analyze compliance trends and KPI scorecards to escalate patterns and propose process improvements.

Own inbound on-time delivery and cost for domestic and international vendor shipments into two fulfillment centers.
