Serves as Boeing Global Services’ primary contact for fleet support issues, analyzing supply chain data, coordinating customer material and delivery requirements, and managing fleet-wide support projects. Develops reorder points, evaluates supplier and customer performance, identifies root causes and impacts, establishes support plans, coordinates stakeholders, and manages execution through completion. Acts as the subject matter expert for fleet supportability and directs issues to appropriate teams.

Manage supplier performance, supply and demand, schedules, quality, delivery and financials. Lead supplier performance teams, negotiate pricing and contracts, prepare and execute contractual agreements, manage risk and supplier improvement activities, consult with customers on supplier issues, and participate in supply chain process improvements.

Administers government-owned property throughout its lifecycle, including acquisition, accountability, inventory, utilization, maintenance, subcontractor control, and disposition. Maintains property records in ERP systems, develops procedures, investigates losses or damage, supports audits and PMSAs, and prepares documentation for government inspections. Collaborates with internal teams, suppliers, and DCMA to ensure compliance with FAR requirements and contract provisions.

The Material Planner manages material requirements and production flow for assigned assemblies using ERP/MRP systems. Responsibilities include analyzing blueprints and bills of material, converting eBOMs to mBOMs, managing Costpoint manufacturing orders and Jira work orders, releasing purchasing actions, tracking materials and purchase orders, maintaining delivery dates, and resolving supply issues. The role requires cross-functional coordination with engineering, manufacturing, scheduling, quality, and program teams in an onsite aerospace and defense environment.

Lead and scale the global supply chain organization across procurement, subcontracts, supplier management, demand planning, inventory, logistics, and shipping. Develop supplier partnerships, mitigate supply risks, establish long-term agreements, improve processes and KPIs, support manufacturing ramps, and ensure cost, quality, delivery, and reliability objectives. Build high-performing teams and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Program Management.

Lead proposal preparation, negotiate and administer government contracts (pre- and post-award), ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, manage contract documentation, coordinate shipments/billing/DCMA interactions, and maintain customer relationships for DoD-focused small satellite programs.
