Manage supplier performance, supply and demand, schedules, quality, delivery and financials. Lead supplier performance teams, negotiate pricing and contracts, prepare and execute contractual agreements, manage risk and supplier improvement activities, consult with customers on supplier issues, and participate in supply chain process improvements.

Manage material strategies, cost and schedule for satellite programs. Track/report material activities, partner with procurement and manufacturing, perform material analysis, mitigate risks, and support continuous improvement.

Lead strategic supplier development and sourcing strategy for aerospace/defense programs. Drive cost reduction, supplier performance, long-term agreements, FAR/DFARS and CPSR compliance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment to ensure supply continuity and quality.

Lead material planning for assigned assemblies using ERP/MRP (Costpoint). Interpret engineering drawings, validate BOMs, convert eBOM to mBOM, release action messages, coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, scheduling and purchasing to meet ECDs, resolve supply issues, and maintain material management data and best practices in an aerospace/defense production environment.

Lead supply chain strategy and supplier engagement for major defense and aerospace programs. Develop market intelligence, supply chain architecture, predictive risk mitigation, and supplier vulnerability assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with export controls and regulatory requirements while optimizing sourcing decisions and tooling.
