Lead end-to-end delivery of technical training programs, managing scope, resources, budgets, and client relationships across single classes to multi-technology academies. Coordinate with sales, instructors, and operations, run regular check-ins and business reviews, drive continuous improvement, and ensure scalable, high-quality learning experiences from pre-sale through post-delivery evaluation.

Lead strategy and execution for rapid technical content across AI and emerging technologies. Build and scale a multidisciplinary team, establish operating rhythms and prioritization frameworks, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver high-impact, timely learning experiences. Own portfolio delivery performance, experiment with new formats and AI-enabled workflows, and communicate priorities and risks to senior leaders while balancing speed, quality, learner value, and operational scalability.

Partner with the CPO to translate strategy into operating action, drive cross-functional execution, manage high-priority special projects, run product management rhythms, surface risks and dependencies, improve meeting and escalation discipline, and represent the CPO in internal forums to ensure alignment and delivery during reorganization.
