Manage system lifecycle, implement automation, ensure data governance and KPIs, troubleshoot issues, produce documentation, lead change management, and coordinate cross-functional teams (including IT) to optimize partner experience.

Support global office construction and fit-out projects, coordinating stakeholders, schedules, budgets, vendors, and documentation from planning through closeout. Monitor quality, mitigate risks, review drawings/contracts, produce reports, and ensure projects meet brand, code, and budgetary requirements.

Lead measurement strategy for revenue enablement by defining success metrics, building frameworks to correlate training and content with productivity and revenue, analyzing cross-system data, creating executive dashboards, and guiding program optimizations to maximize GTM effectiveness and field performance.
