Serve as Product Owner for disability reporting and claims migrations to the Catalyst platform. Define requirements, create features/user stories, manage multiple customer migrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, support testing and validation, identify risks, and ensure successful implementation and post-migration outcomes and stakeholder sign-off.

Define customer needs and design product solutions for disability and absence benefits. Analyze data to identify gaps, reengineer processes using AI and APIs, manage backlog focused on value delivery, and partner with stakeholders to validate solutions and improve customer and operational outcomes.
