Owns the performance and operations of Vetcove’s clinic purchasing platform while leading Account Management and Customer Experience teams supporting major enterprise customers. Responsibilities include developing managers, strengthening customer relationships, driving adoption and retention, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, informing product and commercial strategy, improving operational metrics, and overseeing executive customer communications. The role requires up to 25% travel for customer planning and business reviews.

Own product strategy, roadmaps, and complex initiatives for veterinary software platforms. Translate customer feedback and data into prioritized improvements, define KPIs, lead cross-functional execution, write product requirements, oversee QA, and drive launches and adoption. Partner with engineering, design, data, onboarding, support, veterinary clinics, and pet parents while mentoring junior product managers and influencing stakeholders. Focus on scalable, reliable products that improve user experience, efficiency, retention, and revenue.
