Own the hardware and firmware product strategy for Motive’s connected equipment-monitoring devices. Lead hardware NPI from concept through mass production, manage firmware roadmaps and OTA releases, improve installed-base reliability, battery life, connectivity, and installation performance, and direct device partnerships. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, cloud, mobile, and go-to-market teams while translating customer needs into technical requirements and product decisions.

Own the vision, roadmap, and operations for Motive’s merchant partnership and shop network across fuel, maintenance, and fleet spending. Develop technical partner relationships, expand payment and settlement integrations, unlock bulk fuel partnerships, and drive international adoption. Lead executive-level partnerships, business reviews, metrics, product documentation, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM to increase in-network transaction share and strategic partner transaction volume.

Lead the Workforce Management product suite, manage a team of Product Managers, define customer-centric strategy and requirements, conduct market/customer research, partner with EPD and GTM teams, measure product performance, and drive growth and adoption. Travel ~25%.
