Owns revenue expansion across software products, product-level margin and COGS analysis, new product sizing, long-term strategic planning, executive reporting, and cross-functional decision-making. Builds and manages a strategy and operations team while partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Go-to-Market leaders.

Own the hardware and firmware product strategy for Motive’s connected equipment-monitoring devices. Lead hardware NPI from concept through mass production, manage firmware roadmaps and OTA releases, improve installed-base reliability, battery life, connectivity, and installation performance, and direct device partnerships. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, cloud, mobile, and go-to-market teams while translating customer needs into technical requirements and product decisions.
