Supports branch operations by processing and approving teller transactions, resolving customer and employee concerns, managing operational tasks and scheduling, identifying financial needs, promoting digital banking solutions, mitigating fraud and risk, and supporting branch leadership and team performance. Provides customer service while following banking procedures, compliance requirements, and risk controls.

Leads end-to-end servicing for asset-based and syndicated loan portfolios, managing a multi-location team of 6–10 representatives. Oversees loan maintenance, settlements, reconciliations, accruals, fees, accounting controls, agreement compliance, EOD/EOM deliverables, variance analysis, client service, risk mitigation, process improvement, and system enhancements. Partners with relationship managers, underwriters, collateral teams, and external customers while managing staffing, budgets, regulatory compliance, and talent development.
