Provide administrative and operational support for Corporate Services, managing request intake, vendor coordination, catering and pantry operations, invoice and budget tracking, documentation and SOPs, cross-functional stakeholder communication, periodic service walkthroughs, and process improvements to maintain workplace services and employee amenities.

Manage client relationships and coordinate post-production services (dailies, editorial, finishing, archival). Serve as primary client contact, prepare proposals/quotes, support revenue tracking, promote virtual production offerings, align internal resources, and identify opportunities to grow StudioPost business while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Lead payroll and timekeeping operations, enforce compliance with labor laws and union agreements, manage teams, improve processes and controls, reconcile reports, partner with HR and Finance, leverage data for workforce planning, and ensure operational continuity and service excellence.
