Coordinates the studio’s production operations across payroll, budgets, invoices, vendors, contracts, onboarding, building logistics, and cross-functional support. Processes payroll in Wrapbook, manages invoices in Coupa, reconciles expenses and project budgets, tracks contracts and insurance certificates, and maintains operational records. Builds playbooks, trains production staff, improves workflows with AI, and serves as the primary liaison to Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Procurement while resolving day-to-day operational issues.
