Provide onsite administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and agents, serve as primary point of contact, manage AP/AR and onboarding tasks, handle mail and facility issues, coordinate meetings and resources, and perform additional office duties to ensure smooth daily operations and positive agent/client experiences.

Management-training role to prepare for General Office Operations Manager. Train in new-business administration, compliance, agent contracting/licensing, customer service, staff hiring/training, performance management, budgeting, and agent development. Completion of a 1–2 year structured program leads to eligibility for Operations Manager appointment.

Provide executive administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and leadership team: manage calendars, travel, communications, recruiting coordination, onboarding, meetings, reports, dashboards, and operational initiatives while improving processes and ensuring high service to leaders, advisors, clients, and partners.
