As a Manufacturing Engineer for harness assemblies, you will optimize manufacturing processes, create work instructions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering and production teams.

Own and maintain end-to-end production schedules and ECDs across programs and work centers, align schedules with material, capacity, and labor constraints, monitor performance and risks, coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain, production, engineering and program management, and drive process improvements and system-based scheduling.
