Source and engage technical engineering talent for Vast’s human-rated space systems. Develop targeted sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, conduct initial screens, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers on role requirements. Manage candidate activity, sourcing priorities, competing requisitions, talent market mapping, and competitive intelligence while using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-powered sourcing platforms.

Partners with managers and functional leaders on organizational health, change leadership, talent management, performance management, compensation, employee relations, engagement, and team development.
