Develop targeted sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, conduct initial screens, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers on role requirements. Manage candidate activity, sourcing priorities, competing requisitions, talent market mapping, and competitive intelligence while using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-powered sourcing platforms.

Owner of contingent workforce operations including onboarding, lifecycle management, and offboarding for contractors and consultants. Partner cross-functionally (Legal, IT, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure compliance, worker classification, access provisioning, and payroll/vendor coordination. Build scalable processes, reporting, and international HR operations support for offices abroad. Support audits, process improvements, and People Operations backup as needed.

Partners with managers and functional leaders on organizational health, change leadership, talent management, performance management, compensation, employee relations, engagement, and team development.
