Supports daily HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, policy guidance, audits, and compliance. Manages HR records retention, data quality, reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Coordinates HR special projects, improves workflows and systems, develops procedures and training materials, and assists with HRIS and ATS administration. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, project-management, communication, and confidentiality skills.
