Serve as the HR business partner for West Coast Studio Operations, managing employee relations for represented and non-represented staff, advising leaders, executing HR policies and core HR cycles (performance, compensation, engagement), driving talent attraction and development, leading HR projects, and using data to design solutions that improve culture and operations.

Provide HR transactional and project support across the employee lifecycle for West Coast Studio Operations. Handle onboarding, status changes, payroll coordination, HR requests, data integrity, reporting, employee engagement, training, and cross-functional partner support for 1,000+ employees.
