The Principal People Partner advises executives and senior leaders on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations, compliance, engagement, retention, and change management. The role partners cross-functionally to build high-performing teams, manage complex employee relations matters, support leadership transitions, improve team member experiences, and leverage HR systems and people data to guide decisions.

Lead HRMS implementation, maintenance and support activities: ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, design processes, build reports and dashboards, run testing and integrations, and partner with People teams on training and improvements.

Lead total rewards strategy and execution for compensation, incentives, equity, benefits, and wellness. Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and executives to maintain job architecture, audit pay equity, manage benefits programs, and support annual compensation and performance cycles.
