Manages compensation programs for Operations and Growth, including hourly wage structures, location-based pay grids, minimum wage compliance, sales incentive plans, quota and payout audits, pay equity analyses, executive reporting, and Workday compensation data. Partners with HR, Sales, Finance, and RevOps, supports plan governance and education, and provides backup for equity administration.

Design and develop learner-centered courses and resources, apply instructional design and adult learning principles, create and help produce video/AI-driven content, translate SME content, administer and test digital learning, track engagement metrics, audit content for Workday LMS implementation, and evaluate learning effectiveness.
