Lead the company-wide enablement strategy across revenue, marketing, professional services, customer success, support, and AI teams. Own the BuildOps Academy, manage enablement staff, oversee Docebo LMS governance, embed AI into content and training workflows, and establish KPIs covering ramp time, certifications, productivity, customer adoption, and time to value. Partner with senior leaders and communicate progress and investment needs to executive and board audiences.
