The HRBP Lead will drive people initiatives across the Design team, focusing on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development while partnering with business leaders and guiding strategic HR practices.

Lead sensitive, complex global employee relations investigations end-to-end; advise senior leaders and HRBPs; produce defensible investigative reports; identify systemic themes and recommend organizational actions; advance ER standards, tools, and operating models; and responsibly leverage technology, including AI, to improve investigative rigor.
