Support manufacturability of mechanical subassemblies by developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, creating assembly procedures and work instructions, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions, partnering with quality for control processes, and driving continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve product quality.

Perform system-level reliability analyses (FTA, FMEA/FMECA, RBDs), reliability predictions, and develop/maintain spaceflight component reliability data. Support trade studies, identify critical components, assist root cause/failure investigations and risk characterization for human-rated space station systems.

Lead a multidisciplinary dynamics team to predict and verify spacecraft loads and environments across transport, ascent, docking, and on-orbit operations. Develop and validate system-level dynamic models, derive internal loads and requirements, support vibration/shock testing and qualification, correlate FEA with test/flight data, and provide technical leadership, risk management, and cross-functional coordination from concept through flight.

Lead and scale the Loads & Dynamics organization for human-rated space stations, owning technical strategy, analyses, testing, qualification, budgets, staffing, and cross-functional integration to ensure structural performance, launch certification, and on-orbit operations.

Lead and grow a dynamics engineering team to develop and verify dynamic models, load cases, and environments for spacecraft during transport, ascent, docking, and on-orbit operations. Oversee FEA model development and correlation, derive internal loads and environmental requirements, support vibration/acoustic/shock testing and qualification, coordinate across disciplines and suppliers, manage priorities and resources, mentor engineers, and contribute to analysis and process improvements.

The Integration Build Engineer will support building and testing artificial-gravity space stations, coordinating with engineers and technicians to resolve issues and develop efficient assembly practices.

The Integration Test Engineer will design and commission fluid system test stands, develop test plans, lead testing operations, and collaborate with engineers to resolve complex issues.
