Maintain and improve GameChanger's backend API server and SDK. Implement API/SDK changes, improve developer ergonomics, optimize performance and scalability, design critical systems, document and mentor teammates, and participate in on-call rotation.

Lead architecture and hands-on development of the end-to-end video pipeline (live ingest, transcoding, storage, playback, and developer SDKs). Mentor engineers, collaborate across mobile/web/ML/platform teams, own monitoring and on-call support, and help scale video streaming and VoD capabilities for millions of streams and clips.

Manage and grow the Video Enablement engineering team, own core video pipeline (ingest, transcode, storage, playback), enable third-party device integrations, collaborate on video roadmap, ensure scalable resilient AWS infrastructure, mentor engineers, contribute technically when needed, and support production incidents and cross-team enablement.
