Responsibilities include migrating devices to cloud-native management, managing configurations and security policies, developing patching and vulnerability remediation capabilities, automating processes with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, resolving complex endpoint issues, defining standards and roadmaps, mentoring engineers, supporting major incidents, and delivering endpoint performance reporting.

Design, implement, support, and optimize large-scale virtualized data center environments for managed services clients. Provide advanced troubleshooting, infrastructure planning, performance analysis, capacity management, technical documentation, customer consulting, training, and 24/7 on-call support. Serve as a technical point of contact, lead design workshops, execute technology projects, maintain service levels, improve procedures, and mentor teams on virtualization technologies.

Installs, customizes, upgrades, patches, maintains, and troubleshoots IBM z/OS and ISV products in managed mainframe environments. Supports disaster recovery, performance optimization, database and infrastructure administration, security, customer incidents, change control, and ServiceNow requests. Plans transitions and technical projects, develops automation scripts and documentation, supports proposals and service scoping, and mentors technical staff while maintaining customer relationships.

Design, implement, and support enterprise physical security systems (video surveillance, access control, sensors, IoT). Consult with clients, develop technical architectures, configure and test systems, troubleshoot hardware/software, manage projects, run design workshops, and support sales and delivery. Travel 25-50% and perform hands-on installations and network-integrated solutions.

Own the end-to-end integration and automation architecture for the MyCDW platform. Design ServiceNow integrations, APIs, event-driven patterns, middleware, data contracts, AI-agent guardrails, automated workflows, and observability. Establish governance, security, coding standards, testing, documentation, and reusable architecture patterns. Evaluate platforms, lead prototypes, resolve complex issues, manage vendors, influence stakeholders, and align solutions with business strategy, compliance requirements, scalability, resilience, and cost objectives.
