The Mission Operations Engineer leads spacecraft operations during their lifecycle, ensuring mission success through technical authority, procedure development, and anomaly response.

Perform pre- and post-layout static timing analysis and closure for ASICs, SoCs and FPGAs. Generate tool-independent timing constraints, resolve complex cross-domain timing paths, extract timing from circuit analysis, and collaborate with IP teams, EDA vendors and foundries. Mentor and train junior engineers and support timing convergence through signoff using industry EDA tools.
