Provide hands-on structural design and repair support for the C-17 program at depot locations, interfacing with customers and senior engineers. Support EMC across satellite program phases: define and verify EMC requirements, perform EMI/EMC analysis and susceptibility testing, run verification tests, collect supplier data, and contribute to proposal development while interfacing with multidisciplinary teams under a technical lead.

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE), author work instructions, troubleshoot test-system non-conformances, perform DFM reviews for harnessing and ground support equipment, and collaborate with Quality to ensure process compliance for satellite production and test systems.

Designs and develops mechanical ground support equipment (GSE) for the C-17, leads design reviews, reviews layouts/stress reports/drawings, develops design/analysis tools, investigates new technologies, coordinates cross-functional solutions, mentors others, and serves as GSE design focal for aircraft systems integration.

Develop and execute environmental test procedures for spacecraft hardware (vibration, thermal, TVAC). Maintain test equipment, author SOPs, troubleshoot failures, implement process improvements and automation to increase throughput and ensure space-grade reliability. Support qualification and acceptance campaigns and enable manufacturing test scalability.
