Provide technical support to airline customers for avionics and electrical issues, troubleshoot AOG situations, develop interim and final engineering solutions, create technical documentation, participate in root cause analysis, and support fleet monitoring and safety assessments. Work flexible shifts and travel domestically/internationally (~10%).

Develop and validate component maintenance and repair procedures for commercial airplane components. Integrate design data, coordinate with engineering groups and FAA, create system theory descriptions, perform engineering analyses, author/update Component Maintenance Manual content, develop fault isolation procedures, and support customers and process improvements to ensure safety, maintainability, and regulatory compliance.

Provide senior technical oversight and customer advocacy for 737NG and 737 MAX fleets. Coordinate resolution of in-service safety and economic issues, lead cross-functional reviews and boards, represent customers internally, and travel domestically/internationally to support technical and executive meetings. Support 24/7 fleet operations and drive timely resolution of complex problems.

Design structural, payload, and MGSE components for space hardware using 3-D CAD. Validate designs to requirements, manage suppliers, develop tooling and production concepts, ensure compliance with safety and manufacturability, and support fabrication, integration, and test throughout the product lifecycle.

Work with airline customers to analyze and resolve propulsion electrical system issues across airplane models, lead root-cause investigations, design interim/final engineering fixes, develop documentation and customer correspondence, manage supplier performance, support on-site repairs and program test strategies, and provide 24/7 support as needed.

Design and validate aircraft structural and interior payload systems for legacy platforms. Review supplier design changes for compliance, execute design releases, coordinate cross-functional engineering, lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and improve analytical processes using industry CAD/PDM tools.

Design and develop repair solutions for Boeing-owned nacelle structures (inlet, fan cowl, thrust reverser, core cowl, exhaust). Lead urgent and longer-term repair projects, create/modify SRMs, prepare AMOC/8100-9 documentation, collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, and improve repair methods and processes to support 24/7 customer operations.

Support airline customers and Boeing Customer Support resolving in-service issues for payloads, interiors, cargo handling, and water/waste systems. Liaise with cross-functional engineering teams, troubleshoot systems, support requirements definition and verification, create technical documentation, assist testing and design reviews, perform root cause analysis, develop dispositions to return aircraft to service, and prepare customer correspondence. May work occasional off-shifts and travel internationally/domestically (~10%).
