Leads product integrity and quality across new product development programs for water, kitchenware, and cookware. Manages a quality team, oversees EB0 reviews, Pre-MP VEGA Hacks, testing, safety and certification activities, predictive quality modeling, and DFMEA reviews. Partners with Engineering, Product Development, Marketing, testing labs, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve risks before mass production, improve consumer outcomes, and maintain the company’s five-star product standard.
