As a Turbomachinery Engineer, you'll develop turbopump assemblies for the Aeon-R engine family, collaborating closely with manufacturing and propulsion teams. This role requires navigating challenging issues in turbomachinery design and performing necessary analyses.

Lead design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks and end-to-end test suites (SITL/HITL) to validate integrated vehicle software. Drive CI-based continuous testing, execute system-level tests during releases, analyze failures, present release readiness, and mentor engineers on test architecture and instrumentation.

Own the end-to-end vehicle software release lifecycle: package, version, validate, and deploy integrated release candidates. Build Python automation and tooling, improve CI/CD and pre-release testing, coordinate cross-functional teams, run Run-for-Record campaigns, support post-release integration and troubleshooting, and document audits and anomaly investigations.

Lead architecture and delivery of core flight and real-time embedded software, integrate GNC and sensor systems, develop telemetry and testing infrastructure (HITL/HOOTL), set team best practices, and mentor engineers to meet stringent latency, jitter, and control-frequency requirements.

Design, implement, and maintain high-performance local networks for robotic cells and edge compute in a manufacturing R&D environment. Configure switches/routers/WAPs, tune networks for low-latency workloads, collaborate with robotics and IT security teams, perform network debugging and monitoring, and document/standardize facility networking.

Develop and integrate high-reliability embedded motor-control software for rocket systems. Implement, tune, and validate control algorithms (current/velocity/position loops, FOC) on real hardware within an RTOS environment, and use lab debugging tools to ensure performance and reliability for flight-capable motors.

Develop CNC programs for 3D-printed engine parts, optimize production, collaborate with teams, and contribute to engine manufacturing processes.

Lead structural analysis of flight hardware, ensuring structural integrity, fatigue and damage tolerance. Oversee methodologies, perform static/dynamic analysis, and guide cross-functional teams in supporting design and testing.
