Drive failure analysis (Fault Tree, 8D), integrate FMEA and predictive modeling into early designs, set reliability KPIs (MTBF, first-pass yield), partner with NPI, Supply Chain, and Operations to resolve supplier and production issues, and build scalable processes and staffing for high-rate production.
