The Hardware Development Engineer is responsible for developing and manufacturing propulsion hardware, collaborating with design teams, and ensuring manufacturability and reliability of engine systems.

Responsible for taking Aeon-R engine designs to production, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring performance and reliability in propulsion hardware development.

Lead build, test, and delivery of engine or vehicle hardware; develop build flows, work instructions, and test procedures; support first article builds; provide hands-on floor support and root-cause resolution; coordinate across design, supply chain, production, and test; contribute to long-term manufacturing systems, tooling, and ERP/MES workflows to enable scalable production.

Lead multidisciplinary vehicle and mission simulations, integrate design data into end-to-end mission analyses, develop and maintain simulation tooling, perform trade studies and trajectory optimization, define vehicle and trajectory requirements, and drive cross-functional collaboration to inform design decisions.
